How lond does it take Temu to Refund?
First of all, you need to understand that Temu refunds the exact amount of the ruturned products (excluding the shipping fees if shipped on express method) to the purchased payment method. So, if you purchase the items using Temu credit wallet, refunds are processed instantly after approval.
However, refunds to PayPal typically take 5-7 business days, while refunds to credit or debit cards can take 5-14 business days but may extend up to 30 business days depending on the bank or financial institution involved.
Furthermore, you should also note that when you initiate a return on Temu, the refund process starts after Temu receives and inspects the returned goods, which usually takes 4-5 days from receipt. So, on avarage, it takes Temu 5 to 30 business days to refund your money.
What is Temu Return Label?
"After you submit the request, we will provide you with a return label so that you can return the item(s)," said Temu in its return and refund page. A Temu return label is a prepaid shipping label provided by Temu for customers to return items they wish to refund or exchange. This label simplifies the return process, allowing shoppers to send the items back to Temu without incurring additional shipping costs, provided it is the first return for the order.
